The invention relates to a double-cover negative pressure isolation door. The double-cover negative pressure isolation door comprises a shielding cover, a cushion cover, a negative pressure generatorand a controller and is pasted on the inner side of a door frame of a cabin or a general ward through the outer side skirt of an outer door. An outdoor door curtain and outer door air vents are arranged on the outer side of the shielding cover, and a middle door curtain and middle door air vents are arranged on the inner side of the shielding cover. An inner door curtain is arranged on the inner side of the cushion cover, an ultraviolet disinfection lamp is arranged on the inner wall, and the side face communicates with the a negative pressure generator. A negative pressure detection unit is arranged in the cushion cover, and the negative pressure detection unit detects whether the pressure value in the cushion cover is stabilized in the set threshold value and sends the detection result to the controller. The controller controls the negative pressure generator to work when determining that the detection pressured value in the cushion cover is lower than the set threshold value, and the negative pressure generator stops working when the detection result is higher than the set threshold value. The outer door air vents and the middle door air vents are provided with high-efficiency filter modules, the high-efficiency filter modules are used for filtering particulate matter such as virus, dust, etc. so as to ensure that the air inside the isolation door is clean, and the high-efficiency filter modules are also used for forming negative pressure gradient of the cushion cover, the shielding cover and the space outside the door.

    本发明双罩体负压隔离门包括屏蔽罩、缓冲罩、负压发生器和控制器四部分,通过外门外侧围粘贴于舱室或普通病房门框内侧。屏蔽罩外侧上开设有外门帘和外门通气孔,内侧上开设有中门帘和中门通气孔,缓冲罩内侧上开设有内门帘,内壁设有紫外线消毒灯,侧面连通负压发生器,缓冲罩内设有负压检测单元。负压检测单元检测缓冲罩内压力值是否稳定在设定阈值并将检测结果传至控制器。控制器判定出缓冲罩内检测压力值低于设定阈值时控制负压发生器工作;检测结果高于设定阈值时停止负压发生器工作。外门通气孔和中门通气孔加装高效过滤模块,一是用于过滤病毒、粉尘等颗粒物,确保隔离门内空气的洁净;二是用于形成缓冲罩、屏蔽罩及门外空间的负压梯度。
