The invention relates to a power shunt hybrid power system mode switching control method based on state estimation. For switching between a pure electric mode and a hybrid power mode of a power shunthybrid power system, the method comprises the following steps: S1, calculating a motor driving torque meeting a dynamic property requirement of a whole vehicle on an energy management layer based on atorque required by a power output end; S2, designing an unknown input observer on a coordination control layer to estimate a torque of an input shaft and a power output end of a gearbox on line; S3,based on the estimated torque value of the input shaft of the gearbox, designing a model prediction control strategy to realize stable start and stop of the engine and solve a start and stop torque ofthe motor; S4, designing a torque impact suppression strategy based on the torque estimation value of the power output end, and solving a motor compensation torque; and S5, superposing a motor driving torque, the start-stop torque and the compensation torque to obtain a target torque decision value of the motor. Compared with the prior art, the method has advantages that driving smoothness of thewhole vehicle in a mode switching process of the power shunt hybrid power system is improved, and the starting and stopping performance of the engine is considered.

    本发明涉及基于状态估计的功率分流混合动力系统模式切换控制方法,针对功率分流混合动力系统纯电动与混合动力模式的切换,步骤如下:S1:在能量管理层基于动力输出端需求转矩计算满足整车动力性需求的电机驱动转矩;S2:在协调控制层设计未知输入观测器在线估计变速箱输入轴和动力输出端转矩;S3:基于变速箱输入轴转矩估计值,设计模型预测控制策略实现发动机平稳起停并求解电机起停转矩;S4:基于动力输出端转矩估计值设计转矩冲击抑制策略并求解电机补偿转矩;S5:将上述电机驱动、起停和补偿转矩叠加,得到电机目标转矩决策值。与现有技术相比,本发明具有提升功率分流混合动力系统模式切换过程整车驾驶平顺性,并兼顾发动机起停性能的优点。
