The invention discloses a wheel structure of a non-pneumatic tire. The wheel structure is characterized by comprising a tire body layer, a deformation layer, a positioning shaft and a rim, the tire body layer is located in the radial outer side of the tire, the deformation layer is located in the radial inner side of the tire body layer, the positioning shaft is located in the axial inner side ofthe deformation layer, the rim is located in the radial inner side of the deformation layer, and the deformation layer, the positioning shaft and the rim are connected into a whole through bolts; thetire body layer is made of a solid rubber ring, the deformation layer is made of alloy steel used for manufacturing an elastic element and comprises a deformation part, an edge part and a bottom part,and edge part through holes are formed in the edge part of the deformation layer and annularly and uniformly distributed in the edge part of the deformation layer; threaded holes are formed in two ends of the positioning shaft; the rim is a separated rim, flange through holes are formed in a rim flange, and the flange through holes are annularly and evenly distributed in the rim flange. The comfort performance can be ensured, and meanwhile the durability and the safety performance of the seat cushion can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种免充气轮胎的车轮结构,其特征在于,包括:胎体层、变形层、定位轴和轮辋,胎体层位于轮胎径向外侧,变形层位于胎体层的径向内侧,定位轴位于变形层的轴向内侧,轮辋位于变形层的径向内侧,变形层、定位轴及轮辋通过螺栓连结为一体;其中,胎体层采用实心橡胶圈,变形层由用于制造弹性元件的合金钢制成,包括变形部、边部和底部,变形层的边部设有边部通孔,边部通孔环形均布在变形层的边部上;定位轴的两端设有螺纹孔;轮辋采用分离式轮辋,轮辋凸缘上设有凸缘通孔,凸缘通孔环形均布在轮辋凸缘上。本发明可以实现确保舒适性能的同时,提升其耐久性能和安全性能。
