本发明公开了一种道路交通流低谷时段的交通信号灯控制方法,包括如下步骤:S1:判断是否为交通流低谷段;若是,则转向交通流低谷段的检测方法,且将行人信号灯设置为常红灯,若不是,则采用正常交通流段的信号灯控制方法;S2:检测是否有行人过街需求;若不是,则执行常红灯行人信号灯控制方法;若是,则执行动态行人信号灯控制方法;S3:行人过街需求时,信号机根据当时的车道信号灯状态进行相应处理,可有效解决低谷时段通行效率与行人安全过街的矛盾。

    The invention discloses a traffic signal lamp control method in a road traffic flow valley period.
