本发明公开了一种车‑港‑船协同调度方法及系统,所述方法包括:分别获取船舶和车辆的关键信息;根据所述船舶和所述车辆的关键信息分别构建船舶到港预测模型和车辆到港预测模型;根据所述船舶到港预测模型获取船舶预计到港时间,以及根据所述车辆到港预测模型获取车辆预计到港时间;根据所述船舶预计到港时间和所述车辆预计到港时间调整港口的调度作业计划。同时本发明以链式结构为基础,将港口的泊位、岸桥、自动引导车、场桥及堆场五个作业环节进行串联,从而实现对船舶、泊位、岸桥、自动引导车、场桥、堆场和车辆多资源的协同调度,提升港口的转运效率。

    The invention discloses a vehicle-port-ship cooperative scheduling method and system. The method comprises: respectively acquiring key information of a ship and key information of a vehicle; respectively constructing a ship arrival prediction model and a vehicle arrival prediction model according to the key information of the ship and the vehicle; obtaining the estimated arrival time of the ship according to the ship arrival prediction model, and obtaining the estimated arrival time of the vehicle according to the vehicle arrival prediction model; and adjusting a scheduling operation plan of the port according to the estimated arrival time of the ship and the estimated arrival time of the vehicle. Meanwhile, based on a chain structure, five operation links of berths, quay cranes, automaticguide vehicles, yard cranes and storage yards of the port are connected in series, so that cooperative scheduling of multiple resources of ships, berths, quay cranes, automatic guide vehicles, yard cranes, storage yards and vehicles is achieved, and the transfer efficiency of the port is improved.
