The invention relates to a road vehicle monitoring, regulating and controlling method, device and system, computer equipment, a storage medium and an expressway. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring road environment data and road vehicle data sent by a road side unit; determining a road environment node carrying an environment node state according to the road environment data, and determining a road vehicle node carrying driving state data according to the road vehicle data; generating a current local transient map according to the road environment node and the road vehicle node; performing node prediction on the current local transient map according to the environment node state and the driving state data to obtain a predicted local transient map; and generating vehicle regulation and control information according to the predicted local transient map, sending the vehicle regulation and control information sent to the road vehicle through a road side unit, and using thevehicle regulation and control information for regulating and controlling the driving state of the road vehicle. By adopting the method, safe driving of road vehicles can be ensured, and the safety ofroad traffic is improved.

    本申请涉及一种道路车辆监测调控方法、装置、系统、计算机设备和存储介质及一种高速公路。所述方法包括:获取路侧单元发送的道路环境数据和道路车辆数据;根据道路环境数据确定携带环境节点状态的道路环境节点,并根据道路车辆数据确定携带行驶状态数据的道路车辆节点;根据道路环境节点和道路车辆节点生成当前局部瞬态地图;根据环境节点状态和行驶状态数据,对当前局部瞬态地图进行节点预测,得到预测局部瞬态地图;根据预测局部瞬态地图生成车辆调控信息,并通过路侧单元将车辆调控信息发送至道路车辆,车辆调控信息用于调控道路车辆的行驶状态。采用本方法能够确保道路车辆安全行驶,提高道路交通的安全性。
