The invention discloses a control method of a fuel cell system. The method comprises the following steps: detecting the voltage of a fuel cell monomer; calculating voltage deviation value V1; comparing the voltage deviation value V1 with a first preset voltage value delta 1 and a second preset voltage value delta 2; monitoring the running state of the fuel cell, judging whether water needs to be drained or not and setting a corresponding water draining and humidifying strategy; further comparing the relation between the difference value of the voltage mean value of a last but one monomer voltage group and the voltage mean value of a lowest monomer voltage group and a third preset voltage value delta 3, and setting the corresponding water draining and humidifying strategy. The invention innovatively provides a fuel cell water logging diagnosis method of an individual single voltage difference realized by a small amount of operation, provides a multi-stage hydrogen path control strategy,and performs combined control on an air compressor, a dehumidification valve and a hydrogen path drain valve in a fuel cell system. The problems of operation state monitoring based on the voltage ofthe fuel cell monomer and corresponding drainage operation according to diagnosis are solved.

    本发明公开了一种燃料电池系统的控制方法。所述方法通过检测燃料电池单体电压,计算电压偏离值V1,与第一预定电压值δ1、第二预定电压值δ2进行比较,监控燃料电池的运行状态、判断是否需要排水及设定相应的排水和调湿策略,进一步比较倒数第二低的单体组电压均值与最低的单体电压组均值的差值与第三预定电压值δ3的关系,设定相应的排水和调湿策略。本发明创新性地提出了基于少量运算即可实现的个别单体电压差异的燃料电池水淹诊断方法,提出了多级氢气路控制策略,对燃料电池系统中的空压机、减湿阀和氢气路排水阀进行联合控制。解决了基于燃料电池单体电压的运行状态监控,以及依据诊断解决进行相应的排水操作的问题。
