The invention relates to a self-adaptive electric vehicle speed regulation platform and method, and a storage medium. The platform comprises frame speed regulation equipment, pinhole video recording equipment and vehicle-mounted storage equipment, wherein the frame speed regulation equipment is connected with a driving wheel of an electric vehicle, and is used for regulating a video recording frame rate of the pinhole video recording equipment based on a rotating speed of the driving wheel; the faster the rotating speed of the driving wheel is, the faster the adjusted video recording frame rate of the pinhole video recording equipment is; the pinhole video recording equipment is used for executing video recording operation towards the front when the electric vehicle is started so as to obtain a plurality of continuous video recording frames, and the plurality of video recording frames include a current video recording frame corresponding to a current moment; and the vehicle-mounted storage equipment is connected with the pinhole video recording equipment and is used for receiving and storing the plurality of continuous video recording frames. The self-adaptive electric vehicle speed regulation platform and method, and the storage medium are stable in operation and have certain pertinence. A running speed of the electric vehicle can be adaptively reduced according to an openingamplitude of a vehicle door so that balance between normal running of the electric vehicle and avoiding of accidents is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种自适应电动车调速平台、方法及存储介质,所述平台包括:帧速调节设备,与电动车的驱动轮连接,用于基于所述驱动轮的转速调节针孔录影设备的录影帧率;所述驱动轮的转速越快,调节的针孔录影设备的录影帧率越快;针孔录像设备,用于在电动车启动时,面对前方执行录影操作,以获得连续的多个录影帧,所述多个录影帧包括当前时刻对应的当前录影帧;车载存储设备,与所述针孔录像设备连接,用于接收并存储所述连续的多个录影帧。本发明的自适应电动车调速平台、方法及存储介质运行稳定、具有一定的针对性。由于能够根据车门的开启幅度自适应降低电动车的行驶速度,从而在保持电动车正常行驶以及避免事故发生之间达到平衡。
