The device comprises a left balloon supporting frame, a right balloon supporting frame, a balloon supporting arc-shapedpipe assembly and a balloon supporting frame connecting rod, the left balloon supporting frame and the right balloon supporting frame are installed on a left side arm and a right side arm of the tethered balloon anchoring device respectively and have the same structure, and each balloon supporting frame comprises a base, a first folding plate assembly, a second folding plate assembly and a folding plate supporting rod assembly. The base can be used for containing the folding plate assembly in a non-working state, and the folding plate supporting rod assembly is used for supporting and strengthening the transverse rigidity and the longitudinal rigidity of the folding plate and providing an installation connector for connection between the left ball supporting frame and the right ball supporting frame. The ball supporting arc-shaped pipe assembly can adjust the height and the inclination angle of the arc-shaped pipe and is used for adjusting the contact state between the arc-shaped pipeand the ball body. Intensive design of the space structure of the captive balloon anchoring vehicle can be achieved, the space is effectively and reasonably utilized, meanwhile, the installation efficiency of the captive balloon supporting frame can be improved, and the installation difficulty can be lowered.
