The invention relates to a high-altitude balloon distribution system and method, and the system comprises a high-altitude balloon, a parachute, a connecting part and a pod which are connected in sequence, and is characterized in that the system also comprises a first constraint device which is disposed on the high-altitude balloon, is used for constraining the high-altitude balloon, and divides the high-altitude balloon into a balloon head part and an unformed segment balloon body part from the head to the tail; a second restraining device, wherein one end of the first restraining device is connected with the tail of the high-altitude balloon or the tail of the parachute, the other end of the first restraining device is installed on the ground and used for restraining and controlling the high-altitude balloon, buffering impact on the nacelle in the releasing process of the ball head part after the first restraining device is removed, and transferring net buoyancy of the ball head to the nacelle and the whole system. The system is simple in structure and convenient to control, does not need a large distribution site, can achieve impact-free distribution of the nacelle and the load of the nacelle of the high-altitude balloon, reduces damage to the balloon body, and improves the distribution efficiency and safety of the high-altitude balloon.
本发明涉及一种高空气球发放系统和方法,系统包括依次连接的高空气球、降落伞、连接部和吊舱,其特征在于,还包括:第一约束装置,设置于所述高空气球上,用于约束高空气球,且将所述高空气球从头至尾分为球头部和不成形段球体部;第二约束装置,一端与所述高空气球尾部或所述降落伞尾部相连接,另一端安装在地面上,用于约束和控制所述高空气球,在解除第一约束装置后,缓冲所述球头部释放过程对所述吊舱造成的冲击,并将所述球头的净浮力转移至吊舱及整个系统。本发明系统结构简单,便于控制,无需较大的发放场地,能够实现对高空气球的吊舱及其载荷无冲击发放,减小对球体的损伤,提高了高空气球的发放效率和安全性。
