The invention discloses a mobile charging pile group intelligent scheduling method based on a Sarsa algorithm, and the method comprises the following steps: enabling an aggregator to integrate the current state and real-time electricity price of each mobile charging pile, and proposing a power demand for the participation of an auxiliary service of a mobile charging pile group; establishing an aging model for a battery used by the mobile charging pile; designing a loss cost objective function and constraint conditions of the mobile charging pile battery; obtaining a day-ahead plan of the mobile charging pile through an aggregator; and through a scheduling instruction of a Sarsa reinforcement learning algorithm, the charging pile autonomously moves to an electric vehicle charging area and apower market auxiliary service area. According to the invention, the model of the whole scheduling system and the corresponding constraint conditions are designed, and the whole scheduling system isenabled to have the learning capability through the use of reinforcement learning, so that the mobile charging pile actively participates in the auxiliary service of the power market on the premise ofmeeting the daily charging service of the mobile charging pile.
本发明公开了一种基于Sarsa算法的移动充电桩群体智能调度方法,包括以下步骤:聚合商综合各移动充电桩的当前状态以及实时电价,提出对移动充电桩群体的参与辅助服务的功率需求;建立针对移动充电桩所使用电池的老化模型;设计移动充电桩电池的损耗成本目标函数与约束条件;通过聚合商获得移动充电桩的日前规划;通过Sarsa强化学习算法的调度指令,充电桩自主移动至电动汽车充电区域与电力市场辅助服务区域。本发明设计了整个调度系统的模型以及相应的约束条件,并且通过强化学习的使用,使整个调度系统具备学习能力,使得移动充电桩,在满足自身日常充电服务的前提下,积极参与到电力市场辅助服务中。
