The invention belongs to the technical field of control of hybrid power devices. The invention particularly relates to a control method of a hybrid power device. A control framework of the control method adopts a layered control structure, and a comprehensive controller receives instructions of an upper-layer control unit, including an operation mode and a target power instruction, and outputs a control instruction to an engine control unit, a clutch mechanism control unit, a motor control unit and a battery control unit in combination with a real-time operation state of the hybrid power device. All parts of the hybrid power device work cooperatively, and the energy utilization rate of the system is increased under the condition that the hybrid power device meets the vehicle power requirement; meanwhile, large-current charging and discharging of the battery pack are avoided, and the service life of the battery pack is prolonged as much as possible under the condition of ensuring functions.

    本发明属于混合动力装置的控制技术领域,具体涉及一种混合动力装置的控制方法,该控制方法的控制架构采用分层控制结构,综合控制器接收上层控制单元的指令包括运行模式、目标功率指令,结合混合动力装置的实时运行状态,输出控制指令给发动机控制单元、离合机构控制单元、电机控制单元、电池控制单元。本发明实现混合动力装置各部件协调工作,实现混合动力装置满足车辆动力需求的条件下提高系统的能量利用率;同时避免对电池组的大电流充放电,使电池组保证功能的条件下尽量延长使用寿命。
