The invention relates to the field of cranes, in particular to a working method for a crane deflection-preventing mechanism with a detachable lifting appliance. The crane deflection-preventing mechanism comprises a fixed lifting appliance, a clamping mechanism, a clamping mechanism, a first circular plate, a rolling mechanism, a cross mounting plate, a circular ring, two micro regulating mechanisms, four separating mechanisms and a friction fixing mechanism, wherein a square slot for allowing a fixed lifting appliance to pass through is formed in the top of the first circular plate; the clamping mechanism is divided into two clamping arms; the four micro regulating mechanisms are fixedly mounted at the four sides of the top of the first circular plate; and the rolling mechanism comprises adrive mechanism and four rolling machines. According to the crane deflection-preventing mechanism with the detachable lifting appliance disclosed by the invention, the micro regulating mechanisms canperform micro regulation on the gravity center of a workpiece, and can regulate the four directions of the workpiece; the rolling mechanism, the separating mechanisms and the friction fixing mechanism can lift the workpiece, and can greatly regulate the gravity center of the workpiece; and the fixed lifting appliance can be quickly dismounted and fixed through the clamping arms and the clamping mechanism.
