The hoister comprises a rack, and a carrying platform and counterweights are slidably connected onto the rack; a hoisting motor is arranged on the rack, a hoisting chain wheel is arranged on the hoisting motor, a hoisting chain is arranged on the hoisting chain wheel, the two ends of the hoisting chain are connected with the carrying platform and the counterweights, and a plurality of steering chain wheels are arranged in the middle; a rotary clamping block is arranged on the carrying platform, the rotary clamping block can rotate to enable a clamping end part arranged on the rotary clamping block to extend out of the carrying platform, the rotary clamping block is clamped on stands through the clamping end part, and the rotary clamping block is driven by a positioning motor; and limiting parts used for blocking goods are arranged on the carrying platform. Accordingto the hoister, the goods on the carrying platform can be effectively blocked in the hoisting process so that the goods cannot slide off from the carrying platform.
