The invention discloses a vibration detection method and a system for a setting frequency band, an elevator detection method and an elevator fault identification method. The detection method comprisesthe following steps of: S1, performing average filtering with a cut-off frequency of n on a waveform so as to obtain a first curve; S2, performing average filtering with a cut-off frequency of m on the waveform so as to obtain a second curve, wherein n is greater than m; S3, performing absolute difference calculation on each corresponding point of the first curve and the second curve so as to obtain a third curve; and S4, detecting the wave crest of the third curve, and if the wave crest exceeds a setting threshold value, judging that the vibration between n and m frequency occurs at this position. The vibration detection method and system for the setting frequency band, the elevator detection method and the elevator fault identification method provided by the invention can reduce the amount of calculation, quickly detect whether the vibration is in a certain frequency range, and are suitable for vibration detection of bottom chips.
本发明揭示了一种设定频段振动检测方法及系统、电梯检测方法及电梯故障识别方法,所述检测方法包括:步骤S1、对波形进行截止频率为n的均值滤波,得到第一曲线;步骤S2、对波形进行截止频率为m的均值滤波,得到第二曲线;其中,n>m;步骤S3、对第一曲线与第二曲线的每一对应点进行绝对差值计算,得到第三曲线;步骤S4、检测第三曲线的波峰,如果波峰超过设定的阈值,判断该位置发生n到m频率之间的振动。本发明提出的设定频段振动检测方法及系统、电梯检测方法及电梯故障识别方法,可降低运算量,能够快速检测出是否存在某段频率范围内的振动,适用于底层芯片的振动检测。
