The invention provides an electric vehicle charging station site selection method based on time reliability. The electric vehicle charging station site selection method comprises the following steps that A, obtaining the running state of a road section in a road network according to floating vehicle GPS track information; B, extracting a traveler charging demand point according to the floating carGPS track information; C, calculating the reachable circle of the alternative place of the charging station within a certain period of time; and D, calculating to obtain a charging station configuration scheme covering the demand point. According to the method, the electric vehicle charging station site selection method based on time reliability is constructed by using actual operation data of aroad network, and a decision maker can visually analyze the coverage area of the constructed charging station, so that a reasonable site selection combination is selected; according to the method, a site selection place which is good in road condition and can reach a relatively large circle can be excavated, so that negative effects such as traffic jam caused by improper site selection of the charging station are reduced or avoided while the service level of the charging station is improved; the method has the advantages of effectiveness, systematicness, wide application and the like.

    本发明提供了一种基于时间可靠性的电动汽车充电站选址方法,步骤如下:A:根据浮动车GPS轨迹信息获取路网中路段的运行状态;B:根据浮动车GPS轨迹信息提取出行者充电需求点;C:计算充电站备选地点在一定时间内的可达圈;D:计算获取覆盖需求点的充电站配置方案。本发明利用路网实际运行数据,构建出一种基于时间可靠性的电动汽车充电站选址方法,该方法可使决策者直观地分析所建设充电站的覆盖区域,从而选择合理的选址组合;挖掘出路况较好、可达圈相对较大的选址地点,从而在提高充电站服务水平的同时,减少或避免由于充电站选址不善带来的交通拥堵等负面影响;具有有效性、系统性、应用广等优点。
