The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a construction method for replacing traverse floors. A cross beam, with two winches, of a prefabricated portal frame is arranged right above a floor to be dismantled; hoisting holes are formed in the two sides of the floor to be dismantled, steel ropes of the two winches are fixedly connected to the floor to bedismantled through the hoisting holes, and the steel ropes are tensioned; then the floor to be dismantled is dismantled from an overhead traverse; then, the floor to be dismantled is placed on the position, below the overhead traverse, of the ground through the two winches, the steel ropes of the two winches are loosened, and the steel ropes are retracted; then a steel plate to be replaced is mounted at a dismantling position of the floor to be dismantled; and the construction method is low in requirement for a construction area range, basically has no influence on a belt conveyor when the floor is dismantled, can be operated on line, does not affect production, guarantees production capacity requirements of a constructor, is low in safety risk, is very simple and stable, can save a largeamount of time cost, and improves the construction efficiency.

    本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于更换通廊楼板的施工方法,通过将具有两个卷扬机的预制龙门架的横梁设置于待拆除楼板的正上方;并于待拆除楼板的两侧分别开设吊装孔,将两个卷扬机的钢绳通过吊装孔固定连接在待拆除楼板上,并张紧钢绳;之后将待拆除楼板从架空通廊上拆除下来;然后利用两个卷扬机将待拆除楼板放置在架空通廊下方的地面上,并松开两个卷扬机的钢绳且将钢绳收回;之后将待更换钢板安装在待拆除楼板的拆除位置;该施工方法对施工区域范围要求比较小,拆除楼板时基本不对皮带机有影响,可在线操作,不影响生产,保证建设方的生产产能要求,安全风险小,而且该施工方法非常简单稳定,能节约大量时间成本,提高施工效率。
