The invention belongs to the technical field of transformers, and particularly discloses a trolley for online replacement of a dry-type transformer cooling fan and a replacement method. A low-layer trolley body of the trolley comprises a frame-type trolley body and rollers arranged at the bottom of the trolley body, wherein an upper-layer platform comprises a platform ascending and descending relative to the trolley body, a longitudinal guide rail and a transverse guide rail; and the longitudinal guide rail and the transverse guide rail vertical to the longitudinal guide rail are arranged on the platform. The method comprises the following steps of making the longitudinal guide rail extend into a transformer box in a way that the longitudinal guide rail is at a height consistent with a cooling fan guide rail and is aligned with a box guide rail; making the box guide rail enter a longitudinal guide rail groove and be in contact with the longitudinal guide rail; and dragging the coolingfan out and into the longitudinal guide rail, dragging the longitudinal guide rail out of the transformer box, replacing the cooling fan with a new cooling fan, and pushing the new cooling fan into the transformer box along the longitudinal guide rail to finish online replacement. Through adoption of the trolley and the replacement method, the cooling fan can be carried conveniently and reassembled rapidly during replacement of the cooling fan under the situation that a dry-type transformer is not powered off; labor force is reduced; and the replacement time of the cooling fan is shortened.

    本发明属于变压器技术领域,具体公开一种用于干式变压器冷却风机在线更换的小车及更换方法,该小车的下层车体包括框架式车体、安装在车体底部的滚轮,上层平台包括相对车体升降的平台、纵向导轨和横向导轨,平台上设有纵向导轨、与纵向导轨垂直的横向导轨;该方法:将纵向导轨伸入变压器箱体内,并与冷却风机导轨高度一致、与箱体导轨对齐;使箱体导轨进入纵向导轨槽、并与纵向导轨接触;将冷却风机拖出进入纵向导轨,将纵向导轨从变压器箱体内拖出,更换成新冷却风机后沿纵向导轨推入变压器箱体内,完成在线更换。本发明在干式变压器不停电情况下更换冷却风机时,能够实现对冷却风机便捷的搬运和快速回装,减少人力,缩短冷却风机更换时间。
