The invention relates to the field of engineering machines, and discloses a method and device for calibrating a position value of a trolley and an engineering machine. The method comprises the steps that a real-time position value, which is transmitted because a fixed position sensor is triggered, of the corresponding trolley in a rotating speed measurement module is received, wherein the fixed position sensor is mounted at a fixed position value position where the fixed position sensor can be triggered by the trolley; the real-time position value is compared with a fixed position value; and under the condition that an absolute value of a difference value between the real-time position value and the fixed position value is smaller than or equal to a preset value, the real-time position value is replaced with the fixed position value so as to calibrate the position value of the trolley. Therefore, the calibration of the position value of the trolley running on the engineering machine isrealized, a position of the trolley is timely and effectively monitored, the accuracy of the real-time position of the trolley is improved, and the error of a position signal of the trolley is reduced.

    本发明涉及工程机械领域,公开了一种校准小车的位置值的方法和装置及工程机械,该方法包括:接收因固定位置传感器被触发而传输的测转速模块中对应的所述小车的实时位置值,其中,所述固定位置传感器被安装在所述小车可将其触发的一固定位置值处;将所述实时位置值与所述固定位置值进行比较;以及在所述实时位置值与所述固定位置值的差值的绝对值小于或等于预设值的情况下,用所述固定位置值替换所述实时位置值,以对所述小车的位置值进行校准。藉此,实现了对工程机械上运行的小车的位置值的校准,及时有效的监控小车的位置,提高了小车实时位置的准确性,降低了小车位置信号的误差。
