The invention relates to the technical field of pneumatic tests of aircrafts, and discloses a rail-mounted pneumatic test device. The device comprises a vehicle body arranged on a rail, wherein the vehicle body is provided with a power traction system enabling the vehicle body to move, and is also provided with a multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm; an aircraft model is installed at the far endof the multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm; and a test measurement and control system is carried in the vehicle body. According to the invention, the power traction system drags the vehicle body to horizontally run on the rail at a certain speed to generate stable airflow required by a test; the aircraft model is supported through the multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm, and attitude parameters of the model are simulated; flow control of a pneumatic test and measurement and acquisition of pneumatic parameter signals are realized through the test measurement and control system; and existing high-speed train, electric locomotive and turbojet engine technologies are fully utilized, the technology maturity of the device is high, the development and operation cost of the device is lowerthan the development and operation cost of a wind tunnel test device of the same type, the test device can operate in the open air, and a flow field closer to a natural meteorological condition is obtained.

    本发明涉及飞行器气动试验技术领域,公开了一种轨载气动试验装置,包括设置于轨道上的车体,车体设置有供车体移动的动力牵引系统,车体上安装有多自由度机械臂;多自由度机械臂的远端安装有飞行器模型,车体内搭载有试验测控系统。本发明通过动力牵引系统牵引车体在轨道上以一定的速度水平运行产生试验所需的稳定气流;通过多自由度机械臂支撑飞行器模型,并模拟模型的姿态参数;通过试验测控系统实现气动试验的流程控制和气动参数信号的测量及采集,充分利用已有的高速列车、电气机车以及涡喷发动机技术,技术成熟度高,研制和运行成本较同类型的风洞试验装置的成本低,且该试验装置可在露天条件下运行,取得更加贴近自然气象条件的流场。
