The invention relates to a manufacturing method of an electrode in an anti-dazzling rearview mirror. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of selecting a conductive material to manufacture a conductive base layer of the electrode; plating a conductive surface layer to the surface of the conductive base layer to improve the conductive property of the conductive base layer; and processing a plated double-layered structure to a set electrode shape, wherein the conductive base layer is a copper layer with thickness of 60-80 microns, the conductive surface layer is a rustproof corrosion-resistant nickel plate , and the thickness of the nickel layer is greater than 0.1 micron but smaller than 100 microns. The manufacturing method has the advantages that a plating process of theelectrode is improved, so that the corrosion resistance of the electrode is improved greatly and the service life of the electrode is further prolonged; a tin layer can be plated to the nickel layer preferably, so that the corrosion resistance is further improved, and meanwhile, nickel plays a role of a connecting agent, so that the tin layer can be attached to the surface of the electrode tightly; and furthermore, copper ions of a substrate are prevented from permeating into the tin layer to inhibit generation of an intermetallic compound, so that the electrode shape is kept stable.

    一种防眩目后视镜中的电极制作方法,包括以下步骤,选取导电材料制作电极的导电基层;在导电基层的表面上镀制一层能提高导电基层导电性能的导电表层;将镀制后的双层结构加工至设定的电极形状,导电基层是厚度60至80微米的铜层,所述导电表层为防锈耐腐蚀的镍层,所述镍层的厚度大于0.1纳米而小于100纳米,本发明的优点在于:改良了电极的镀层工艺,不仅大大的提高了电极的耐腐蚀性能,还增加了其使用的寿命。可优选在镍层上镀制锡层,进一步提高耐腐蚀性能,同时镍起到了连接剂的作用,使锡层能紧密附着在电极表面上,同时阻挡基材铜离子渗入锡层,抑制金属间化合物的生成,保持电极形状稳定。
