The invention relates to a wind power blade single-web lifting appliance. The appliance comprises a fixing part and a clamping part, wherein the fixing part and the clamping part are connected to a support, wherein the fixing part is provided with a fixing end, the clamping part is provided with a free end, spacing between the fixed end and the free end can be adjusted until the spacing is smallerthan a thickness of a single web, the single web is lifted through frictional force and compaction force generated between the fixed end and the free end and the single web. A flange bonded part of the single web plate is not stressed during a lifting process, and the structural integrity of the single web can be ensured. The invention further relates to a wind power blade single-web lifting method. In the lifting process, only the free end needs to be adjusted, parts needing adjusting are few, an adjusting process is simple, so that the lifting process is fast and efficient.
