The invention discloses a propellant self-adaptive management device in an aircraft storage tank. A liquid storage device is fixed on the lower wall surface in the aircraft storage tank; the upper bearing and the lower bearing are respectively fixed on the upper wall surface in the aircraft storage tank and the liquid storage device; the upper bearing and the lower bearing support the rotating shaft; the blade type screens with different masses are fixed to the rotating shaft, and in the radial direction of the rotating shaft, the mass center of an integral blade type screen structure formed by the blade type screens with different masses does not coincide with the mass center of the rotating shaft. Under the condition orbital transfer maneuver of an aircraft under a microgravity condition, due to the effect of inertia, the propellant self-adaptive management device can spontaneously and controllably rotate due to unbalanced moment; a plurality of blade type screens with different masses sweep through the internal space of the aircraft storage tank, so that the liquid propellant suspended in the aircraft storage tank is captured, the captured liquid propellant is converged into theliquid storage device under the action of surface tension, and thus effective control over the gas-liquid interface of the propellant in the aircraft storage tank is achieved. The method has the advantages of high safety, high efficiency, self-adaption and the like.

    一种飞行器贮箱内推进剂自适应管理装置,储液器固定在飞行器贮箱内下壁面上;上轴承和下轴承分别固定在飞行器贮箱内上壁面和储液器上;上轴承和下轴承为转轴提供支撑;多个不同质量的叶片式筛网固定在转轴,在转轴径向方向上,不同质量的叶片式筛网形成的整体叶片式筛网结构的质心与转轴的质心不重合;飞行器微重力条件下变轨机动时,在惯性的作用下,推进剂自适应管理装置会因力矩不平衡而自发可控转动,多个不同质量的叶片式筛网扫过飞行器贮箱内部空间,从而捕获飞行器贮箱内悬浮的液体推进剂,在表面张力的作用下,被捕获的液体推进剂汇入储液器中,从而实现对飞行器贮箱内推进剂气液界面的有效控制。具有安全性高、效率高、自适应等优点。
