The invention is applicable to the technical field of marine surveying and mapping, and particularly relates to a water level measurement system and a construction ship. The water level measurement system comprises a satellite-station differential GPS receiver that is arranged on a ship and used for obtaining position information of the ship and a geodetic elevation value of the receiver in real time and sending the position information and the geodetic elevation value to a real-time water level resolving device and the real-time water level resolving device that is used for determining waterlevel data of the real-time position of the ship according to the position information of the ship, the geodetic elevation value of the receiver, the acquired draft value of the ship, the acquired height difference value between the receiver and a suction port of a dredge pump of the ship and a preset water level resolving rule. According to the water level measurement system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the satellite station differential GPS receiver is used for receiving satellite differential signals to obtain high-precision position information; the real-time water level calculation method is not limited by the radio communication distance any more, the whole process of real-time water level calculation is real-time data acquisition and real-time processing, and the real-time water level value of the position where the construction ship is located can be effectively reflected.

    本发明适用于海洋测绘技术领域,尤其涉及一种水位测量系统以及一种施工船舶,所述水位测量系统包括:设置于船舶上的星站差分GPS接收机,用于实时获取船舶的位置信息以及接收机大地高程值,并发送给实时水位解算设备;以及实时水位解算设备,用于根据所述船舶的位置信息、所述接收机大地高程值、获取的船舶吃水深度值、获取的接收机与船舶泥泵吸口的高度差值,并按照预设的水位解算规则确定船舶实时位置的水位数据。本发明实施例提供的水位测量系统利用星站差分GPS接收机接收卫星差分信号来获取高精度的位置信息,不再受到无线电通信距离的限制,实时水位解算的整个过程都是实时获取数据,实时处理,能够有效地反映施工船舶所在位置的实时水位值。
