The hydraulic structure assembly comprises an input shaft, a torsion bar, a screw, a valve element and an upper end cover; aU-shaped groove is designed outside the valve element, a sealing ring and a damping ring are installed in the U-shaped groove, the valve element makes contact with the surface of an inner hole of a valve sleeve of the screw through the damping ring, so that steering noise in work is reduced, and the sealing ring conducts abrasion compensation and temperature rise compensation on the damping ring;a V-shaped flow guide groove is formed in the U-shaped groove, so that high-pressure oil can enter the U-shaped groove to press the damping ring; under the combined action of the sealing ring, the damping ring and the high-pressure oil, the combined structure hinders rotation of the valve element, so that the valve element can work more flexibly, and steering noise caused by collision or dry friction or sudden pressure change between the valve element and the inner wall of the screw valve sleeve hole is reduced. The inner gland and the outer gland are arranged on the side, matched with the upper end cover, of the screw, the split design of the inner gland and the outer gland can solve the problem that the thread screwing and length are limited in a specific narrow space, the structure is compact and reliable, and arrangement of the whole vehicle is facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种转向器液压结构总成,包括输入轴、扭杆、螺杆、阀芯、上端盖,阀芯外部设计U形槽,U形槽内安装密封圈及阻尼环,阀芯通过阻尼环接触螺杆的阀套内孔表面,降低在工作中的转向噪音,密封圈对阻尼环进行磨损补偿及温升补偿;在U形槽处设计V型导流槽,可以使高压油进入U形槽压紧阻尼环,在密封圈和阻尼环、高压油的共同作用下,该组合结构“阻碍”阀芯转动,使阀芯更加柔性的工作,降低了阀芯与螺杆阀套孔内壁的碰撞、干摩擦或者压力突变引起的转向噪音。在螺杆与上端盖配合的一侧设有内压盖和外压盖,内压盖和外压盖的分体设计可解决在特定狭小空间内螺纹旋和长度受限的问题,结构紧凑、可靠,方便整车布置。
