The invention provides a layout method of film type heaters for a spacecraft thermal test. The method comprises the following steps that: a layout surface is divided into a plurality of external heatflow areas; a layout area of each external heat flow area is obtained, wherein the layout area is used for arranging the thin film type heaters; according to the resistance values of the thin film type heaters, the thin film type heaters are sequentially selected from large resistance values to small large resistance values; the thin film type heaters are sequentially arranged from the edge of thelayout area to the center of the layout area. According to the method, layout of heating pieces in the outer heat flow areas is achieved through three-dimensional software, rapidness and convenienceare achieved, operation is convenient during later adjustment, and the workload of manual adjustment of the heating pieces is greatly reduced; loop and branch resistance values, the types of the heating pieces and the number of each type of heating pieces are calculated in loop design and branch distribution, so that the situations of false detection and missing detection which are extremely easyto occur in manual statistics are avoided, and the design quality is improved.

    本发明提供一种用于航天器热试验的薄膜型加热器的布局方法,所述方法包括:在布局面上划分若干个外热流区域;获取各所述外热流区域的布局区域,所述布局区域用于设置所述薄膜型加热器;根据所述薄膜型加热器的电阻值,从大到小依次选择所述薄膜型加热器;从所述布局区域的边缘向所述布局区域的中心位置依次设置所述薄膜型加热器。该方法通过三维软件实现加热片在外热流区域的布局,快速、方便,且在后期的调整时,操作方便,大大降低了人工调整加热片的工作量;在回路设计、支路分配中计算回路及支路阻值、加热片类型和每类加热片的数量,避免了人工统计中极易出现的错检、漏检的情况发生,提高了设计质量。
