The invention discloses a traction device and a steel rail grinding trolley comprising the same. The traction device adopts a vertical traction structure and comprises a traction seat, a traction guide column, a traction guide sleeve, a traction connecting plate and a pin shaft. The traction seat is installed at a bottom of a grinding trolley, and the traction guide column is provided with the traction guide sleeve. An upper end of the traction guide column is installed on the traction seat through a pin shaft, and the traction guide sleeve is connected to a frame of the grinding trolley through a traction connecting plate. The traction guide column can transversely swing along a steel rail by taking the pin shaft as a rotating shaft, and when the traction guide column swings, the tractionguide sleeve can move up and down along the traction guide column. A traction force of the grinding trolley is transmitted to the frame through the traction seat, the traction guide column, the traction guide sleeve and the traction connecting plate, and therefore the grinding trolley is driven to work. Technical problems that a traction rod of an existing steel rail grinding trolley is an oblique-pulling traction rod, a load of the grinding trolley can be reduced, and the grinding trolley may fall off the rail under extreme conditions can be solved.

    本发明公开了一种牵引装置及包括该装置的钢轨打磨小车,牵引装置采用竖直牵引结构,并包括:牵引座、牵引导柱、牵引导套、牵引连接板及销轴。牵引座安装于打磨车的底部,牵引导套套设于牵引导柱上。牵引导柱的上端通过销轴安装于牵引座上,牵引导套通过牵引连接板连接至打磨小车的车架。牵引导柱能以销轴为旋转轴沿钢轨的横向摆动,当牵引导柱摆动时,牵引导套可沿牵引导柱上下运动。打磨车的牵引力通过牵引座、牵引导柱、牵引导套及牵引连接板传递至车架,由此带动打磨小车进行作业。本发明能够解决现有钢轨打磨小车牵引杆为斜拉牵引杆,会对打磨小车起到减载作用,极端情况下可能导致打磨小车落轨的技术问题。
