本发明公开了一种汽车的轻质卧铺,包括一体成型的一泡沫板和预埋在泡沫板内的若干预埋龙骨,所有预埋龙骨两端均分别设置有收缩孔,收缩孔为设置在预埋龙骨端部且贯穿泡沫板两表面的通孔,收缩孔横截面大于预埋龙骨端部尺寸,且收缩孔包裹在预埋龙骨端部外部,为泡沫板内预埋龙骨端部位置成型变形提供余量;本发明技术方案中采用EPP制成高强度的泡沫板作为卧铺板,结构简单,重量轻,强度高,安装方便快捷,缓震效果好,使用舒适度高;采用EPP与预埋在其板内的预埋龙骨一体热成型,成型快速,工艺步骤少,将拼装龙骨在板体成型后单独安装,有效的解决了EPP泡沫板在成型中出现的因变形应力而发生收缩变形等问题。

According to the technical schemes of the invention, the high-strength foam plate made of EPPis used as a sleeping berth board, and the sleeping berth board is simple in structure, light in weight, high in strength, convenient and fast to install, good in shock absorption effect and high in use comfort degree; the EPP and the embedded keels embedded in the EPP foam plate are integrally formed in a thermal mode, so that forming is rapid, the number of process steps is small, the assembledkeels are independently installed after the plate body is formed, and the problems that the EPP foam plate shrinks and deforms due to deformation stress and the like in a forming process are effectively solved.
