The embodiment of the invention discloses an electric vehicle charging device and a charging method. The electric vehicle charging device comprises a heat dissipation module, a power supply module, acontrol module, a discharging module, a detection module and a rack; the heat dissipation module is arranged on the outer side of the rack; the power supply module, the control module, the dischargingmodule and the detection module are sequentially arranged in the rack; the power discharging module and the control module are connected with an electric vehicle storage battery in series; the detection module and the discharging module are both connected with the electric vehicle storage battery in parallel; and the detection module is electrically connected with the control module. When the electric vehicle charging device is used, heat is transferred between the inner side and the outer side of the rack through the heat dissipation module, and therefore a heat dissipation effect is achieved. In addition, a single-chip microcomputer is used for pulse width modulation so that the current can be adjusted. When the voltage of the storage battery reaches a threshold voltage, the current intensity is reduced, the voltage of the storage battery is kept stable, and therefore a charging effect is improved. With the electric vehicle charging device and the charging method of the invention adopted, the problem that in the prior art, the temperature of the storage battery of the electric vehicle rises due to a polarization phenomenon in the charging process of the storage battery can be solved.

    本发明实施例一种电动汽车充电装置和充电方法,包括散热模块、电源模块、控制模块、放电模块、检测模块和机架,机架外侧设置有散热模块,机架内依次设置有电源模块、控制模块、放电模块和检测模块,电源模块和控制模块与电动汽车蓄电池串联,检测模块和放电模块均与电动汽车蓄电池并联,检测模块与控制模块电连接。其使用时,通过散热模块,使机架内外侧之间热量转移,从而实现散热效果。此外利用单片机进行脉冲宽度调制可以调节电流的大小,当蓄电池电压已经达到门限电压时,减小电流强度,使得蓄电池电压保持稳定,从而提高充电效果。本发明可解决现有技术中由于蓄电池充电过程中出现极化现象而导致的电动汽车蓄电池温度上升的问题。
