The invention provides a multi-source emergency power supply system and method based on an electric vehicle power storage array. The system comprises a distributed electric vehicle power storage array, a human-powered generator and a hydrogen fuel cell, wherein the distributed electric vehicle power storage array is connected to the input end of a three-power-supply switching device through a first inverter; the hydrogen fuel cell is connected to the input end of the three-power-supply switching device through a second inverter; the human-powered generator is directly connected to the input end of the three-power-supply switching device; and the output end of the three-power-supply switching device is connected to a multi-path civil air defense equipment distribution box. The power batteries of electric vehicles parked in an underground garage at ordinary times are used as units to form the distributed electric vehicle power storage array, and on the basis of the distributed electric vehicle power storage array, the human-powered generator and the hydrogen fuel cell are combined to form a one-main two-standby multi-source power supply system, so that the power supply reliability ofcivil air defense engineering in wartime can be greatly improved.

    本发明提供一种基于电动汽车蓄电阵列的多源应急供电系统及方法,所述系统包括分布式电动汽车蓄电阵列、人力发电机和氢燃料电池;其中,所述分布式电动汽车蓄电阵列经由第一逆变器连接至三电源切换装置的输入端,所述氢燃料电池经由第二逆变器连接至所述三电源切换装置的输入端,所述人力发电机直接连接至所述三电源切换装置的输入端,所述三电源切换装置的输出端连接至多路人防设备配电箱。本发明以平时停放在地下车库的电动汽车的动力电池为单元组成分布式电动汽车蓄电阵列,以此为基础,结合人力发电机和氢燃料电池,构成一主两备的多源供电系统,可以大幅提高战时人防工程的供电可靠性。
