The platform can achieve multiple layouts of multiple underwater energy converters on the underwater relative space without manpower intervention, relative positions and speed information between output apparatuses can be output in the laboratory process, collected data are provided for the acoustic apparatuses in real time, data synchronization is achieved, and result analysis is facilitated. The full underwater experiment process of the energy converters can achieve unattended operation, and the automatic lifting function of the acoustic energy converters can be achieved at the experiment finishing and starting stages.
