本发明是一种聚氨酯组合物及其海绵制品的制备,该聚氨酯组合物包括多元醇组分和预聚体组分;其中,以重量份计,多元醇组分包括:40~60重量份的至少一种数均分子量为1000~2500的聚醚酯多元醇,40~60重量份的至少一种数均分子量为3000~5000的聚醚多元醇,10~20重量份的至少一种小分子二元醇,1~3重量份的羟基官能度为2的聚硅氧烷化合物,5~10重量份的二价酸酯,预聚体组分通过预聚反应得到,以重量份计,预聚体组分包括:45~65重量份的至少一种多异氰酸酯,30~55重量份的至少一种数均分子量为1000~2500的聚醚酯多元醇。采用本发明方法得到的聚氨酯海绵产品,不仅可保证其与表皮和鞍座骨架粘接效果,且聚氨酯发泡充分均匀,此外,显著提高了聚氨酯海绵的力学性能、弹性、舒适度。

    The invention relates to a polyurethane composition and preparation of a sponge product thereof. The polyurethane composition comprises a polyol component and a prepolymer component. The polyol component includes: 40-60 parts by weight of at least one polyether ester polyol having a number average molecular weight of 1000-2500; 40-60 parts by weight of at least one polyether polyol having a numberaverage molecular weight of 3000 to 5000; 10-20 parts by weight of at least one small molecular diol; 1-3 parts by weight of a polysiloxane compound having a hydroxyl functionality of 2; and 5-10 parts by weight of a divalent acid ester; wherein the prepolymer component is obtained through a prepolymerization reaction, and the prepolymer component comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45-65 parts of at least one polyisocyanate and 30-55 parts of at least one polyether ester polyol with the number-average molecular weight of 1000-2500. According to the polyurethane sponge product, the bonding effect of the polyurethane sponge product with the surface layer and the saddle framework can be ensured, polyurethane foaming is sufficient and uniform, and in addition, the mechanical property, the elasticity and the comfort level of the polyurethane sponge are obviously improved.
