The invention relates to the hoisting field of boilers, pressure vessels, storage tanks and steel structures, in particular to an inner wall supporting and disassembling method for a large-diameter shell. The inner support comprises transverse support steel pipes 1, middle connecting plates 2, vertical steel pipes 3, arc plates 4, round punches 5, outer connecting plates 6, lifting lugs 7, plate flanges 8, bolts 9 and shell lifting lugs 10. The inner support is characterized by being divided into an upper layer and a lower layer according to height of the shell, and after the shell is machined, the lower support is installed first, and then the upper support is installed. All parts of the support device are connected by the plate flanges and the bolts, the arc plates and the shell are connected by the round punches, so that deformation of the large-diameter shell in the lifting and installation processes is prevented, and the dimension of the large-diameter shell is ensured. The deviceis demountable so as to be recycled conveniently, steel is saved, and the cost is reduced; and the problem of disposable use of the conventional welding type support is solved.

    本发明涉及锅炉、压力容器、储罐和钢结构吊装领域,具体是一种大直径壳体的内壁支撑及拆卸方法;所述内支撑包括横向支撑钢管1、中间连接板2、竖向钢管3、弧板4、圆冲5、外侧连接板6、吊耳7、平板法兰8、螺栓9、壳体吊耳10;其特征是:本内支撑根据壳体高度分为上下两层,壳体加工完成后,先安装下层支撑,再安装上层支撑。本发明通过平板法兰、螺栓连接支撑装置各部件,再通过圆冲连接弧板及壳体,防止大直径壳体在吊运和安装过程中的变形,保证大直径壳体的外形尺寸。本装置具有可拆卸性,以便重复利用,节约钢材,降低成本;解决了现有常规焊接式支撑一次性使用的问题。
