The invention discloses an energy-storage electric-saving electromobile which comprises a machine body. An energy storage space is arranged in the machine body; a speed change space is arranged on theleft side of the energy storage space; a drive space is arranged on the left side of the speed change space; a left driving space is arranged on the lower side of the drive space; a balance space isarranged on the right side of the left driving space; a transmission space is arranged on the right side of the balance space; and a locking space is arranged on the upper side of the transmission space. According to the energy-storage electric-saving electromobile provided by the invention, when the electromobile goes downhill, redundant potential energy is converted to elastic potential energy of a spring so as to be stored, so that the speed of the electromobile when going downhill can be further reduced; and when the electromobile goes uphill, the elastic potential energy stored in the spring is released to provide extra power for the electromobile, so that electric energy is saved for the electromobile, the problems of low power and power waste when the electromobile goes uphill are effectively solved, and a cruising ability of the electromobile is improved.
