The invention discloses a rope storage and anti-twisting device for preventing local abrasion of a main steel rope of a tower crane. The rope storage and anti-twisting device comprises a tower crane main body, a tower crane winch, a guide pulley mechanism, the main steel rope and a rope storage and anti-twisting device, wherein the guide pulley mechanism comprises a head sheave, a tower tip guidepulley, weight limiter pulleys, an arm frame guide pulley and a reverse pulley; and the main steel rope wound on a winding drum in the tower crane winch sequentially bypasses the head sheave, the tower tip guide pulley and two weight limiter pulleys, is connected with a lifting hook, sequentially bypasses the other two weight limiter pulleys, an arm frame guide lower pulley, the reverse pulley andan arm frame guide upper pulley, and finally is wound back into the rope storage and anti-twisting device. According to the rope storage and anti-twisting device, the winding structure of the main steel rope is improved, so that the problem of abrasion of the steel rope is effectively solved, a damaged point is displaced, and the wound main steel rope is conveniently unwound; and the rope storageand anti-twisting device is simple in structure, convenient to operate, safe and reliable, and has high practical value and popularization value.

    本发明公开了一种防塔吊主钢绳局部磨损的储绳及防扭装置,包括有塔吊主体、塔吊卷扬机、导向滑轮机构、主钢绳和储绳防扭器,导向滑轮机构包括有天轮、塔尖导向滑轮、重量限制器滑轮、臂架导向滑轮、反向滑轮,缠绕于塔吊卷扬机中卷筒上的主钢绳依次绕过天轮、塔尖导向滑轮以及两件重量限制器滑轮后与吊钩连接,然后在依次绕过另外两件重量限制器滑轮、臂架导向下滑轮、反向滑轮及臂架导向上滑轮,最后绕回至储绳防扭器中。采用本发明所述的储绳及防扭装置,通过对主钢绳的缠绕结构进行改进,有效解决钢绳磨损问题,使损害点发生位移,还方便将缠绕的主钢绳解开,其结构简单,操作方便,安全可靠,具有较高的实用价值和推广价值。
