The invention discloses spherical particles capable of releasing negative oxygen ions. The spherical particles comprise the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of white cement, 0.2-0.5 part of a negative ion additive, 15-20 parts of ash calcium powder, 30-40 parts of heavy calcium powder, 10-25 parts of talcum powder, 20-35 parts of metakaolin, 1-3 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 2-5 parts of latex powder and 1-3 parts of a dispersing agent. A preparation method comprises the following steps: proportionally weighing the components, adding the components into a stirrer, performing uniform stirring, adding water, performing stirring for 5-10 minutes, spreading the mixture into sheets, and putting the sheets into a ball making machine to obtain the spherical particles with a required diameter. The spherical particles prepared by the invention can release negative oxygen ions, actively capture harmful substances in air, and have the effects of purifying air in a vehicle, settling particulate matters, killing germs and decomposing harmful gases such as formaldehyde, benzene, volatile organic compounds (VOC) and the like.
本发明公开了一种能释放负氧离子的球形颗粒,按重量份数计,包括如下组分:白水泥20~30份、负离子添加剂0.2~0.5份、灰钙粉15~20份、重钙粉30~40份、滑石粉10~25份、偏高岭土20~35份、羟丙基甲基纤维素1~3份、乳胶粉2~5份、分散剂1~3份。制备方法如下:按比例称取各组分,加入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,再加水搅拌5~10min,将拌合料摊成片状,放入制球机中,即可得到所需直径的球形颗粒。本发明所制备的球形颗粒能够释放负氧离子,主动捕捉空气中的有害物质,具有净化车内空气、沉降颗粒物、杀灭病菌、分解甲醛、苯、挥发性有机化合物(VOC)等有害气体的作用。
