The invention relates to an intelligent vehicle combined structure for nondestructive testing and grading of fruit quality. The device comprises a bottom layer, a top layer, wheels, a motor, a bearing, a controller groove, a tablet personal computer groove, a cylindrical hole, a connecting column, a foam box groove, a detection table, a color camera, a six-freedom degree mechanical arm, an annulartrack, a grid structure light projector, a near infrared spectrum camera, a flexible gripper, a waste fruit hopper, a rotating shaft and a connecting buckle. The wheels are combined with the motor through bearings and then installed on the two sides of the long edge of the bottom layer respectively. A controller groove and a tablet personal computer groove are reserved in the bottom layer; the cylindrical holes are formed in the four corners of the bottom layer and the four corners of the top layer respectively, and the connecting columns are installed in the cylindrical holes. The intelligent vehicle combination structure has the beneficial effects that all parts in the intelligent vehicle combination structure for fruit quality nondestructive testing and grading based on the grid structured light and the near-infrared camera vision system are combined through welding, screws, connecting shafts or model bayonets, and seamless connection is achieved.
