The invention discloses a pure electric vehicle remote power battery heating system and a control method thereof. A remote control terminal is wirelessly connected with a remote monitoring service platform through a telecom operator network, and the remote monitoring service platform is wirelessly connected with the remote vehicle-mounted monitoring terminal through a telecom operator network. Theremote vehicle-mounted monitoring terminal, the vehicle control unit, the power battery system, the high-voltage distribution box and the DC-DC controller are all in signal connection with the CAN bus. Positive and negative electrodes of the power battery system are connected with positive and negative electrodes of a main distribution interface of the high-voltage distribution box through high-voltage cables; the positive electrode and the negative electrode of an auxiliary power distribution interface of the high-voltage power distribution box are connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of a vehicle-mounted 12V storage battery through theDC-DC controller. The power battery system comprises a battery management system, a heating film and a control system of the heating film. According to the design, the safety of circuit design is high, multiple protection is achieved, thermal runaway is avoided, the control strategy is reasonable, and the monitoring safety is high.

    一种纯电动汽车远程动力电池加热系统及其控制方法,其远程控制终端通过电信运营商网络与远程监控服务平台无线连接,所述远程监控服务平台通过电信运营商网络与远程车载监控终端无线连接,所述远程车载监控终端、整车控制器、动力电池系统、高压配电箱、DC‑DC控制器均与CAN总线信号连接,动力电池系统的正、负极通过高压电缆与高压配电箱主配电接口的正负极相连接,高压配电箱的辅助配电接口的正、负极通过DC‑DC控制器与车载12V蓄电池的正、负极相连接,所述动力电池系统包括电池管理系统、加热膜及加热膜的控制系统。本设计不仅电路设计安全性高、多重防护,避免热失控,而且控制策略合理,监控安全性高。
