The invention relates to an interior lighting structure, a vehicle door and a vehicle. The interior lighting structure comprises a light emitting component for emitting light, a light uniformizing component and a light reflecting component. One side of the light uniformizing component faces the light emitting component and is used for allowing light emitted by the light emitting component to passthrough and enabling the light to form adjusting light rays which are uniformly diffused to the other side of the light uniformizing component; the light reflecting component is arranged on the otherside of the light uniformizing component and used for receiving and reflecting the adjusting light rays to form a bright area, and a light blocking structure is arranged on the surface of the light reflecting component and used for blocking the adjusting light rays to form a shadow area on the side, back to the light emitting component, of the light blocking structure. The light-emitting componentcan be matched with the light blocking structure on the light reflecting component to form a unique and comfortable light effect, the bright area and the shadow area are in natural transition, the brightness of the bright area is not abrupt, the brightness difference change between the bright area and the shadow area is small, a unique and comfortable interior atmosphere can be created, and the driving experience can be improved when the interior lighting structure is applied to a vehicle.

    本发明涉及一种内饰照明结构、车门及车辆,包括:发光部件,用于发出光线;匀光部件,所述匀光部件的一侧朝向所述发光部件,用于供所述发光部件发出的光线通过并使其形成向所述匀光部件的另一侧均匀发散的调节光线;反光部件,设于匀光部件的另一侧,用于接收并反射所述调节光线以形成明亮区,且反光部件的表面设有挡光结构,所述挡光结构用于阻挡所述调节光线以在所述挡光结构背对所述发光部件的一侧形成阴影区。本实施例的发光部件可以与反光部件上的挡光结构相配合从而形成独特舒适的灯光效果,明亮区与阴影区自然过渡,明亮区的亮度不突兀,与阴影区的明暗差距变化小,能够营造独特舒适的内饰氛围,将其应用到车内时可以提升驾驶体验。
