The invention provides a method for preparing an activated carbon material, the activated carbon material prepared by the method and application of the activated carbon material in a filter. The method for preparing the activated carbon material comprises the following steps: (1) adding a pyridinium monomer into deionized water, and uniformly stirring to enable the molar concentration of the pyridinium monomer to be 0.5 mol/L-1. 0mol/L so as to obtain a solution A; (2) adding a photoinitiator into the solution A to obtain a solution B; (3) adding granular activated carbon into the solution B,and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture C; (4) introducing nitrogen into the mixture C, bubbling for 10 minutes, sealing, and turning on an ultraviolet lamp in a constant-temperature water bath tocarry out irradiation grafting reaction; and (5) washing the product after the irradiation grafting reaction with acetone, extracting for 24 hours, and drying at the temperature of below 60 DEG C to obtain the activated carbon material. The activated carbon material prepared by the method has relatively strong adsorption performance and also has good antibacterial and anti-corrosion performance.

    本发明提出了制备活性炭材料的方法、该方法制备得到的活性炭材料和该活性炭材料在过滤器中用途。其中,制备活性炭材料的方法包括:(1)在去离子水中加入吡啶盐单体并搅拌均匀,使所述吡啶盐单体摩尔浓度为0.5mol/L~1.0mol/L,以便得到溶液A;(2)在溶液A中加入光引发剂,以便得溶液B;(3)在溶液B中加入颗粒活性炭并搅拌均匀,以便得到混合物C;(4)在混合物C中充入氮气鼓泡10min后密封,在恒温水浴中开启紫外灯进行辐照接枝反应;以及(5)将辐照接枝反应后的产物用丙酮洗涤,然后抽提24小时,60℃以下烘干,以便获得所述活性炭材料。由此该方法制备得到的活性炭材料具有较强吸附性能,同时还具有良好的抗菌防腐性能。
