The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, and provides a detection method and system of a brake lamp switch, a controller, and the brake lamp switch. The detection method comprises thefollowing steps: acquiring comparison results of a main cylinder pressure signal and a brake pedal travel signal of a vehicle and respective corresponding brake threshold ranges, wherein the comparison results are used for indicating whether the vehicle is braked or not according to whether the two signals exceed the respective corresponding brake threshold ranges or not; determining two paths ofexpected level signals of the brake switch matched with the comparison result, wherein a corresponding relationship between the comparison result and the two paths of expected level signals is pre-configured; and outputting two paths of actual level signals in response to the comparison result, and if the level states of the two paths of actual level signals are inconsistent with the level statesof the two paths of expected level signals, determining that the brake switch has a fault. The master cylinder pressure signal, the brake pedal travel signal and the brake lamp switch are associated,whether the brake lamp switch breaks down or not can be judged on the basis of the brake lamp switch, and the reliability is higher.

    本发明涉及车辆技术领域,提供一种制动灯开关的检测方法、系统、控制器及该制动灯开关。所述检测方法包括:获取车辆的主缸压力信号和制动踏板行程信号与各自对应的制动阈值范围的比较结果,其中比较结果用于根据这两种信号是否超出各自对应的制动阈值范围而示出车辆是否被制动;确定与比较结果相匹配的制动开关的两路预期电平信号,其中预先配置有比较结果与两路预期电平信号的对应关系;以及响应于比较结果输出两路实际电平信号,若两路实际电平信号与两路预期电平信号的电平状态不一致,则确定制动开关存在故障。本发明将主缸压力信号、制动踏板行程信号和制动灯开关三者关联,基于制动灯开关自身就能判断其是否故障,可靠性更高。
