The invention provides an electric automobile radiator cooling system, a control method thereof and an electric automobile. The cooling system comprises a water pump, a charger, a motor assembly, a radiator, a cooling fan and a whole automobile control unit. One end of the water pump is connected with the charger, the other end of the charger is connected with the motor assembly, the other end ofthe motor assembly is connected with the radiator through the third three-way valve, and the other end of the radiator is connected with the other end of the water pump through the first branch to form a circulating cooling water way. A first electronic expansion valve is arranged on the first branch; a second electronic expansion valve is arranged on the parallel pipeline; the cooling fan is usedfor cooling the radiator; the whole vehicle control unit controls the operation of the first electronic expansion valve, the second electronic expansion valve or the cooling fan by detecting the temperature in the cooling water path; according to the scheme, the temperature of heat pipe components such as the driving motor can be effectively reduced in time, meanwhile, different cooling circulation modes can be started, and the energy consumption of the whole vehicle is reduced.

    本发明提供一种电动汽车散热器冷却系统及其控制方法、电动汽车,该冷却系统包括水泵、充电机、电机组件、散热器、冷却风扇以及整车控制单元;水泵一端与充电机连接,充电机的另一端与电机组件连接,电机组件另一端通过第三三通阀与散热器连接,散热器另一端通过第一支路与水泵另一端连接,从而形成循环的冷却水路;第一支路上设有第一电子膨胀阀;并联管路上设有第二电子膨胀阀;冷却风扇用于对散热器进行散热;整车控制单元通过检测冷却水路中的温度,从而控制第一电子膨胀阀、第二电子膨胀阀或冷却风扇的运行;本发明提供的方案,既能够及时有效的降低驱动电机等热管部件的温度,同时又能够开启不同冷却循环模式,降低整车能耗。
