本发明提供一种聚氨酯疏水薄膜、制备方法及其用途。所述聚氨酯疏水薄膜包含以下重量份的原料:脂肪族TPU颗粒,88‑98重量份;疏水性交联剂1‑10份;助剂0.5‑2份。所述聚氨酯疏水薄膜的拉伸强度为20‑45Mpa,撕裂强度为60‑110N/mm,硬度为80‑98shore A,与水的接触角θ为110°‑130°。本发明的聚氨酯疏水薄膜能够克服现有的隐形车衣膜生产工艺复杂的缺陷,而且具有优良的防污自清洁能力、力学性能和耐候性。

    The invention provides a polyurethane hydrophobic film as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The polyurethane hydrophobic film is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight: 88 to 98 parts of aliphatic TPU particles, 1-10 parts of hydrophobic cross-linking agents, and 0.5-2 parts of auxiliary agents. The tensile strength of the polyurethane hydrophobic film is 20-45 Mpa, the tearing strength of the polyurethane hydrophobic film is 60-110 N/mm, the hardness of the polyurethane hydrophobic film is 80-98 shore A, and the contact angle theta between the polyurethane hydrophobic film and water is 110-130 degrees. The polyurethane hydrophobic film disclosed by the invention can overcome the defect of complex production process of the existing invisible car cover film, and has excellent antifouling self-cleaning capability, mechanical property and weather resistance.
