The invention discloses a magneto-rheological torsion damper of an electric wheel. The magneto-rheological torsion damper comprises a motor rotor capable of being connected with a power output end ofa hub motor and a hub rotor capable of being fixed to a hub. The motor rotor comprises a motor rotor connecting disc; motor rotor shaft teeth are arranged on a circumferential side surface of the motor rotor connecting disc at intervals; the hub rotor comprises a hub rotor ring and hub rotor shaft teeth arranged on the circumferential inner surface of the hub rotor ring at intervals; and the hub rotor shaft teeth are arranged between two adjacent motor rotor shaft teeth, connecting springs are fixed between the side surfaces of the motor rotor shaft teeth and the side surfaces of the hub rotorshaft teeth adjacent to the motor rotor shaft teeth, and a magneto-rheological fluid is arranged in a space formed by the motor rotor shaft teeth and the hub rotor shaft teeth in a closed mode. Through relative rotation of the hub rotor and the motor rotor, the magneto-rheological fluid generates a damping force opposite to the torque fluctuation of a hub shaft, and influence of wheel bounce andimpact on normal work of a speed reducer and the motor is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种电动轮磁流变扭转减振器,包括可与轮毂电机的动力输出端连接的电机转子和可与轮毂固定的轮毂转子;电机转子包括电机转子连接盘,电机转子连接盘的周向侧表面上间隔设有电机转子轴齿,轮毂转子包括轮毂转子环和间隔设置于轮毂转子环周向内表面上的轮毂转子轴齿,轮毂转子轴齿设置于相邻两个电机转子轴齿之间,电机转子轴齿的侧表面和与该电机转子轴齿相邻的轮毂转子轴齿的侧表面之间固定有连接弹簧,电机转子轴齿和轮毂转子轴齿二者形成的空间内封闭设置有磁流变液。通过轮毂转子与电机转子的相对转动,使磁流变液产生与轮毂轴扭矩波动相反的阻尼力,减少了车轮跳动和冲击对减速器和电机正常工作的影响。
