本发明公开了一种自动扶梯的健康状态实时在线监控系统,其通过车站级系统服务器、移动终端组成的系统,车站级系统服务器为自动扶梯运营人员服务,可实现值班指挥人员对自动扶梯的集中监测,实现自动扶梯所需监测数据的采集、处理、存储,移动终端为现场检维修人员的检维修工作需求,可与车站级系统相连,与车站级系统实现交互,如维保通知、急修派单,故障预警等等,便于统一管理,其用于轨道交通车站自动扶梯运行状态和关键零部件24小时的监控,通过高速微处理器采集自动扶梯数据、报警等信号,解决仅监测运行状态、故障后报警、各类自动扶梯监测包容、误报漏报率高等问题,实现自动扶梯故障预警和维保管理。
