The invention relates to a stratospheric airship non-forming transferring and launching system which comprises a transfer platform, an active restraining device, a follow-up restraining device, a tailrestraint device and a cutting device; the transfer platform is used for bearing and transferring an airship; one end of the active restraining device is connected to the transfer platform, the otherend of the active restraining device is connected to the position, away from the tail of the airship by a first height, of the airship, and the active restraining device is used for adjusting the height from the airship to the transfer platform; one end of the follow-up restraining device is connected to the transfer platform, the other end of the follow-up restraining device is connected to theposition, away from the tail of the airship by a second height, of the airship, and the follow-up restraining device is used for being matched with the active restraining device to adjust the inclination angle of the airship relative to the vertical direction to be within a preset range; one end of the tail restraint device is connected to the transfer platform, and the other end of the tail restraint device is connected to the tail of the airship; and the cutting device is used for cutting the tail restraining device to enable the tail restraining device to be separated from the tail of the airship and launching the airship. The stratospheric airship non-forming transferring and launching system is simple in structure and low in cost, and the safety and reliability of stratospheric airship non-forming launching are improved.

    本发明涉及一种用于平流层飞艇非成形转运发放的系统,包括转运平台,用于承载和转运飞艇;主动约束装置,一端连接至所述转运平台上,另一端连接至所述飞艇上距离飞艇尾部第一高度的位置,用于调整所述飞艇距离所述转运平台的高度;随动约束装置,一端连接至所述转运平台上,另一端连接至所述飞艇上距离飞艇尾部第二高度的位置,用于配合所述主动约束装置调整所述飞艇相对于竖直方向的倾斜角在预设范围内;尾部约束装置,一端连接至安装至所述转运平台上,另一端连接至所述飞艇尾部;切割装置,用于切割所述尾部约束装置,使其与飞艇尾部分离,发放所述飞艇。本发明所述系统结构简单,成本低,且提高了平流层飞艇非成形发放的安全性和可靠性。
