The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of aerostats, and provides an ultra-high altitude mooring aerostat launching method. The method comprises the steps that the end, close to an aerostat, of a cable is connected to a force bearing cable on a ground anchor, the other end of the cable is connected with a cable containing roller, the spacing distance between the cable containing roller and the ground anchor is not smaller than the cable length corresponding to the preset lift-off height, and the cable containing roller is located in the downwind direction of the groundanchor; the aerostat is inflated, and after inflation is completed, a launching roller pressed on the non-inflated part of the aerostat is opened, so that the aerostat is erected above the ground anchor; and a band-type brake of the cable containing roller is opened, the force bearing cable on the ground anchor is released, and the aerostat floats in the direction of the cable containing roller under the combined action of buoyancy and wind. According to the ultra-high-altitude mooring aerostat launching method, the aerostat can be effectively prevented from being burdened by resistance generated by rotation friction and inertia of a ground winch in the cable releasing process, and safe and reliable launching of the aerostat and the cable is achieved.

    本发明实施例涉及浮空器技术领域,提供了一种超高空系留浮空器发放方法。该方法包括:将缆绳靠近与浮空器相连的一端连接至地锚上的承力缆,缆绳的另一端与容缆滚筒相连,其中,容缆滚筒与地锚之间的间隔距离不小于预设升空高度对应的缆绳长度,容缆滚筒位于地锚的下风向;对浮空器进行充气,当充气完成后打开压放在浮空器未充气部分上的发放滚筒,使浮空器直立在地锚上方;打开容缆滚筒的抱闸,释放地锚上的承力缆,使浮空器在浮力和风的共同作用下向着容缆滚筒的方向漂浮。本发明提供的超高空系留浮空器发放方法,能有效避免缆绳发放过程中因地面绞车自身转动摩擦和惯量产生的阻力对浮空器造成负担,实现浮空器和缆绳的安全可靠发放。
