The invention relates to a stuffing-box-free type stern shaft tube sealing device. The stuffing-box-free type stern shaft tube sealing device comprises a stern shaft and a stern shaft tube, the sternshaft is sleeved with a dynamic ring synchronously rotating along with the stern shaft, the stern shaft tube is sleeved with a positioning tube, at least one part of the positioning tube is an elasticcorrugated section, the other end of the positioning tube sleeves a static ring, a static friction face is arranged on the front side of the static ring, a dynamic friction face is arranged on the rear side of the dynamic ring, the static friction face is attached to the dynamic friction face under the compression of the elastic corrugated section to form a sealing surface so that the sealing device can compensate variable front-back movement caused by the thrust of a propeller, the sealing effect is greatly improved, seawater is prevented from entering a stern tube, secondly, cooling water enters the sealing device through a cooling connecting port in the static ring to be used for cooling a sealing surface in high-speed rotating friction, so that the service life of the stern shaft is prolonged, meanwhile, a gap is reserved between the inner wall of the static ring and the stern shaft, so that the stern shaft can float on the periphery of the stern shaft, and then most of the problems of misalignment and vibration are solved.

    本发明创造涉及一种无填料函式艉轴管密封装置,包括艉轴和艉轴管,艉轴上套设有随其同步旋转的动环,在艉轴管上套接有定位管,定位管至少一部分为弹性波纹段,在定位管另一端套接有静环,静环的前侧设有静摩擦面,动环后侧设有动摩擦面,静摩擦面在弹性波纹段压缩下与动摩擦面贴合,并形成密封面,使密封装置能够补偿螺旋桨推力引起的可变前后移动,大大提高了密封效果,避免海水进入船尾管内;其次,通过静环上的冷却接口使冷却水进入密封装置,用于冷却高速旋转摩擦的密封面,提高艉轴的使用寿命。同时,静环内壁与艉轴之间留有间隙,使艉轴能够在艉轴周围“浮动”,从而解决了大多数未对准和振动的问题。
