本发明公开了一种大面积混凝土耐磨地坪施工工艺,包括如下步骤:基层清理;基层施工;测量基层并在基层上放线划分出多个独立的施工仓;预制钢模板和准备模板支撑材料,所述钢模板的高度小于地坪层的设计标高,模板支撑材料包括上端带有顶托的支撑立管和与支撑立管相配合的紧固组件;按跳仓方式安装钢模板和模板支撑;在各施工仓宽度方向间隔安装钢筋网片支撑拉筋后在钢筋网片拉筋上布置钢筋网片,同时,在各施工仓两侧钢模板与基层所形成的缝隙内填充与地坪混凝土同标号的细石混凝土,形成封堵层;浇筑细石混凝土;在其余施工仓的宽度方向安装钢筋网片支撑拉筋后浇筑混凝土。本发明得到的大面积混凝土耐磨地坪施工工艺效率高,且地坪层不会开裂。

    The invention discloses a construction process of a large-area concrete wear-resisting terrace. The construction process comprises the following steps: a base layer is cleared; the base layer is constructed; the base layer is measured, and paying off is conducted on the base layer to enable a plurality of independent construction bins to be divided; steel formworks are prefabricated, formwork supporting materials are prepared, the heights of the steel formworks are smaller than the designed elevation of a terrace layer, and the formwork supporting materials comprise supporting vertical pipes with the upper ends being provided with jacks and fastening components matched with the supporting vertical popes; the steel formworks and formwork supports are mounted in a bin jumping mode; after reinforcing mesh supporting reinforcements are mounted in the width direction of each the construction bin at intervals, reinforcing meshes are arranged on the reinforcing mesh reinforcements, and meanwhile gaps formed by the steel formworks on the two sides of each construction bin and the base layer are filled with fine aggregate concrete with the same label as terrace concrete to form a blocking layer; the fine aggregate concrete is poured; and after reinforcing mesh supporting reinforcements are mounted in the width direction of other construction bins, concrete is poured. The construction process of the obtained large-area concrete wear-resisting terrace is high in efficiency, and the terrace layer is not cracked.
