The invention discloses a combined lifting appliance, which comprises pulley blocks, a main beam, a secondary beam, tundish hooks and a secondary hook, wherein the pulley blocks are connected to the main beam above the main beam and are used for adjusting the height of the main beam; the secondary beam is arranged below the main beam and is detachably connected to the main beam; the tundish hooksare connected to the secondary beam below the secondary beam and are used for hooking a trunnion of a target tundish; and the secondary hook is connected to the main beam, penetrates through a middlehole in the secondary beam and is used for hoisting objects other than the target tundish. Due to the fact that the tundish hooks are connected to the secondary beam which is stably connected to the main beam, during a process of hoisting the tundish, the stability is better, the risk that the high-temperature molten steel in the tundish is spilled out is obviously reduced, and the potential safety hazard of tundish hoisting in an existing steel plant is eliminated.
